Get two important ingredients to remove age spots. First, be sure to get true frankincense essential oil. Nor do you want blend, or another body oil such as apricot kernel oil with just little bit of true frankincense essential oil in it. Watch out for trick words like pure oils, and look for essential oils. You can usually get 100% frankincense essential oil at health food store. Second, get castor oil - organic if possible.
Mix. Mix ten drops of frankincense essential oil with tablespoon of castor oil. Store this mixture in dark airtight container while you're using it to remove age spots, until it's gone and you need to mix more.
Apply. Rub it or dab it on age spots twice day. If you just have one or two age spots, use Q-tip to dab each spot. If you want to remove age spots that are in many clusters, just rub it on whole area. Continue until you remove age spots with remedy. You may notice age spots fading in about two weeks, and it may take two months to completely remove age spots.
Use caution. Like all essential oils, frankincense essential oil is very powerful and must be kept away from eyes and other sensitive areas.
